30-Day Return Window
You may return your purchase within 30 days for full refund from the invoice date.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Batteries, electronic overlays, or installed/used parts

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Items marked “No Returns” on the product detail page

Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at sales@firstmatecontrols.com. We will replace or exchange verified defective products at no charge and without a restocking fee.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect. We recommend insuring your return for its full value. We are not responsible for items damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item quickly, return the item as above and place a new order.
Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Items
If an item is no longer available, we will contact you with the option of a comparable replacement or a refund not exceeding the original purchase price.
